    Review and approve

    Authorized supervisors review the proposed plan, adjust assignments, and confirm that required safety, locate, compliance, and operational information has been recorded.

    Share the approved plan

    Approved assignments are made available to crews with the work details, locations, resources, and instructions needed for the day.

PW Command supports municipal decision-making; it does not replace supervisory judgment. Existing systems remain the official source of record, while PW Command provides an organized planning and approval layer for daily operations.
