Field staff tap the mic and speak to the PW Command Assistant (PWC). Voice becomes a structured draft work order — type, location, GPS, priority, materials, crew, and MMS considerations — reviewed by the employee and routed for supervisor approval.

PW Command converts the conversation into a structured draft work order — including work type and description, reported location, GPS coordinates when available, suggested priority, required materials, equipment and crew, applicable Minimum Maintenance Standards considerations, and photos and supporting field information.
The employee reviews the information before submitting it, and all AI-generated recommendations remain subject to supervisor approval.
